I recommend learning BASICS of lua before you edit this code though!!! change the part behind the last, (startin with math.sqrt in my case)įor starting resources you would need a BIT of LUA scripting knowledge, so just read the script and see what happens if u change numbers around. To adjust the resource rates: Modify_PlayerResourceRate. SO if you want a team shared 800 popcap you would make it MaximumPlayers = 8 and DefaultPlayerPopCap = 200. What it does: it bases on what you enter under 'MaximumPlayers = 8' and sets 0.5 * what you fill in here * 150 as total amount of popcap both teams should have, then divides that over the amount of players ACTUALLy in team. If you want to edit the max amount of popcap a player will have, edit the line 'ĝefaultPlayerPopCap = 150' Export package of the map in worldbuilder ![]() EVERYTIME YOU SAVE YOU MUST REMAKE THIS FILE, BECAUSE WB OVERWRITES IT WITH AN EMPTY FILEĦ. (or copy this entire file and rename it to yourmapname_ID.scar)ĥ. ![]() add the rest of the code (below) at the bottom of the file (after the On Init ID END parameter) adad the following line to the OnInitID function:Ĥ. a file named yourmapname_ID.scar has spawnedģ. set up & save your map as you would do.Ģ. it is based on the old script, but modified for coh 2 and added the other functions as well.Ĭheck my map Pinopine BATTLEFIELD for its functionality (steam workshop)ġ. The old fighting chance script _sort_ of works, but not the way it should, and only for popcap. For the mappers out there that want a script that works for coh 2 worldbuilder to adjust resource rates, popcap and starting resources.
